| SOULAR POWER There is a power that lies within the soul. It is a hidden tool that most of us do not recognise is the driving force behind ALL we do. When our soul is empowered, we can achieve greatness beyond our conditioned limitations. When our soul is disempowered, the losses are greater than we could ever imagine. Our lives, companies, communities and economies suffer as we continue a journey down a mind made pathway, perceived as our current reality that we believe cannot change.
Truth and true change cannot successfully happen without having a clear vision and purpose. Action can only succeed when taken from that place called certainty. Being certain comes from a place within the heart, not from the head. The head has its own collection everyones collection of thoughts and expectations. Pure intellectualisation of a process will not result in lasting, meaningful change. Change will only continue to shift mindsets throughout any system when there is a heart and mind connection. This connection is called Soular power - the energy source of life. |

| So why is it that some of us are sometimes so short of energy? How can we consistently create, apply, and develop effective transformation techniques in our teams and their own complex structures? It starts with identifying and defining a vision, which will provide the driving purpose for change. Where we believe as individuals, our passion and our purpose play the most important part in transformation and all the parts of the whole we would like to see change. The answer is staying self empowered. This means not asking or expecting the outsideto keep us motivated. Rather to find a place where we are on auto pilot, soul driven. Where our energy drives those around us to achieve more in every possible way. Have you experienced this energy form where we actually do what we love? Notice how we consistently stay in a place of unlimited creativity and drive? Where our creative powers keep us working for days on end, never tiring? Where does this come from and HOW can we stay tapped into this as long as possible? This powerful resource that drives us as human beings comes from our soul. How can we creatively work with soular power to improve and change ourselves and those around us for the better? It is my opinion that soular power comes from pure love. Love is the conduit and energy is the carrier of this living electricity to keep us inspired, purpose driven and clear on our path of joyous desire. To experience all of life as it was meant to be experienced through the process of grateful learning and appreciation, we need to feel a certain way. We need to stay empowered to remain on this pathway to consistency instead of succumbing to the distractions of emotional sabotage. Soular Power is contained energy, with unconditional love as the spell breaker or maker to keep this creative vehicle the human being balanced, focussed and joyous. Our soul is here to experience it self through the eyes of higher purpose or the arms of God reaching out to create and experience Himself. Soul is here assisting us, opening more doors to an abundant and divine existence, or Heaven on Earth! All we have to do is understand. Understand that when we allow the soul direct connection to that of which greatness it self wants to experience, we then allow ourselves to be. To be all we can be. How can we become something greater or start to believe in our own greatness if we can't even begin to learn how to love ourselves? To allow growth we must learn to love ourself, the part we dislike about ourselves the most. It is this part that incurs conditioning. It is the minds illusion that we have a separate part to our entire existence, thus preventing the soul connection. The mind, self or ego where our belief systems lie, blocks our own ability to grow. Only when empowered by the soul and not the mind, can change start happening. Loving our selves is not taught publicly. We have to literally seek out teachers to train us in our simple truths, yet to be acknowledged as purpose. We are trained or conditioned to love others instead of trained to start changing our current belief system about how we feel about ourselves. SHIFTING THE FOCUS ON FEAR
To change your organisation, its behaviour and your own reality, there needs to be a shift in focus. To focus on a love for doing something, instead of being focussed on fear. We need to face our fears. As the frequency of negative incidents and news escalates in the world today, there is a drive towards creating an experience of the opposite - a society free of these fears. People are increasingly finding that their lives remain shallow and quite lonely in the materialistic world and so imagine a society where people connect at a deeper level. People are yearning to live fearlessly, to be happy and have a purpose. To create organisational transformation and personal development we must choose change, reconnect with our hearts and empower our souls again for the greater purpose.
